Hmm... I don't really feel like writing. But, I haven't updated in a while, so I feel like I should. We're gonna do this in list form because I don't have the energy to be creative, right now.
1.) I cut off all my hair. See pictures below. It's something I've wanted to do for a while, and I thought it might look good. Naturally, I was correct. I really liked having long hair, but I needed a change. I figured new life, new attitude, new hair. It was a natural sequence of events. Let me know what you think.
It's really short...!
Oh, gee, I just happened to be posing... (side view)
Ok, ok, I'll smile nice.
2.) I just had an excellent weekend. Stephanie and I ventured home to celebrate Mom's bday, and it was a good time. It's just nice to spend a weekend at home once in a while. I made Mom a delish birthday breakfast, and last night we went to Mohegan Sun for dinner at Tuscany's. Then, we came home and watched Casablanca. I brought Kaitlyn lunch at the toy store today, but got sucked into wrapping a couple presents there. It's like the wrapping paper was calling to me. Overall, a fabulous weekend. However...3.) I left a load of laundry in the dryer! I don't know what I'm going to do without my strapless bra. I mean, I'm going to have to wait until...
4.) The Applefest. If I'm going. Is anyone going? Oct. 18 and 19. I'll send out a Facebook message. I think I'd like to go, but it means I won't have a normal weekend at school for like, a month because...
5.) This weekend, I went home for Mom's bday. Next weekend, Steph and I are going to Robbi's. The weekend after that, Kaitlyn is coming to stay in Boston while Mom and Dad go to Lake Placid. Then, the next weekend is Applefest! Which means for the next month, I'll only really get to go out with my friends on...
6.) Thursday nights. What a brilliant invention. Why haven't I been going out on Thursdays all along? Oh that's right, because I want to kill myself the next day. But still. We usually go to Joshua Tree which is great because I get to see so many...
7.) Cute guys! Seriously, they're everywhere. Calling, messaging, texting... It's like once you're really emotionally single, they sense it, and they flock. Stephanie says she thinks I'm giving off an "available" scent. Whatever it is, I love it.
So, that's it. The top 7 things on my mind. Notice how work or money isn't one of them? That's because I'm trying to think about these things as little as possible. This isn't unhealthy. I'm still aware of them. I'm just over focusing on the negative. FINALLY.
Love,
Tara
